Hello, I recently made a purchase in store, the purchase shows up on my account under purchase history but have not received any rewards points for my purchase. The purchase does not even show pening under my rewards history. Any help would be appreciated.

Generally, points are posted to your account 15-20 days after you make your purchase or receive a delivery. Has it been longer than this time frame? If so, please let me know and I will be glad to review your My Best Buy acccount.

Thanks for the reply, It will be 15 days tomorrow. I was just confused i because the purchase does not even show up as being penindg on my rewards history. Will update you after 15 days though.
