Missing Rewards Points

I ordered a tv online from on Jan. 19, 2019 and picked it up in store that same day and didn't receive rewards points. 


When I try to report missing points it says "The information entered doesn't match our records. If the purchase was made in the past few hours, please try again later." 


My order for the tv on my rewards history page just shows a zero dollar order for a "Sling TV Sling TV Live Streaming Service for 30 Days Multi 30 DAY FREE SLINGTV."
