I had rewards points vanish from my account. I had a $100 cert issued and disappeared. No luck in getting info on who used it as I am the only authorized user on account.

That would certainly frustrate me too. A hundred bucks is a hundred bucks! From what it sounds like, it may have expired if it wasn't used in time.
