Missing Rewards $25 Certificate

I received an offer promo via email, which I activated through the email, in which I had to spend $150 in total with the Best Buy Credit Card before 9/7/2020 to get a $25 reward certificate. I have made purchases equaling to $169.20 on time and I have already paid that off. However, I have not received any notification or email about the $25 reward certificate. I sent a message through Help & Support page and only received an automated response that was of no help.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. It's always great to get a My Best Buy bonus certificate, especially if you have a purchase in mind. I'd be happy to give you some more information about this process.

 

Generally, promotional certificates can take up to four weeks to post to you account and be available for use. This time frame will start based on when you purchase was made. 

 

If your purchase was made longer than four weeks ago, please let me know. I can certainly take a closer look at your My Best Buy account.

Andrew, it has been more than 4 weeks now and still no sign of the $25 reward certificate.
