I am missing rewards points on purchases made in the last 6 months.
I have now called several times over the last month to get this rectified and I'm given the same song and dance by each person on the line. My patience has officially worn thin. Each time I am told a case has been opened and I will hear back in 5-7 days and then hear nothing. Fast forward to today when the woman on the phone said I have to wait 15-20 days. I explained this is not my first time calling and have been fed the same lies numerous times. She claims that I have no other cases in the system and flatly refuses to transfer me to a supervisor. I don't remember Best Buy customer service ever being so abysmal. The people you hire to rectify these issues are clearly not qualified to handle anything that isn't prepared on a screen prompt. I would like my missing points (which I came to find out were credited to someone else randomly).

Generally, once a purchase has been attached to a My Best Buy member ID we are unable to transfer it to another account. I'd like to review your case history to get a better understanding of how I may be able to help. I'll be sending you a private message to gather some more details shortly.
