Hello! I used $50 of reward certificates to pre-order a game, but I changed my mind and wanted to use the reward certs on something else, so I cancelled the pre-order on Sept 2nd.
I've done this before a couple of times w/ the same $50 reward certificate and was refunded accordingly after a few days (which is evident in my rewards history). Curious if someone could potentially help me look into why it hasn't been re-credited to my account yet? Thanks so much!

Welcome back to the Best Buy forum.
Our members should get a second chance to utilize the points that help create a non-bonus certificate if the certificate was applied to a purchase that ended up getting returned or cancelled. I'd certainly hate to not be able to fully redeem one of my own certificates simply because I changed my mind and would hate for another member to lose out on the same. It can generally take up to three days for a non-bonus certificates point value to repost to a member's reward account following a return or cancellation.
If the 2,500 points have yet to repost to your rewards account, then please don't hesitate to send me a private message with your name, phone number and email address, and I'll review your rewards account to see what I can do to help. A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
