I had purchased a video game using $35 in RZ points, then did an exchange for a different video game, noticed my Gamer's Club Unlocked discount didn't get applied to the different game, then just did a return and rebought the game separately (thinking that would be easiest).
I am thinking that since my GCU discount didn't get applied to the new game during the exchange that something may have gone wrong during that transaction. At least, I haven't noticed the $35 in RZ points used in the original purchase get credited back to my account or showing up as a pending transaction yet (the return happened on 5/11).
I can provide the customer service pins for the three transactions if someone could check it out.
