Hi, I made a few purchase back in april. The points showed to be posted within a few days, after that they showed as posted but I never recieved any certificates. Plus I made a Purchase paying the credit card and cash so I didnt recieve points for the credit card part but I did received for the cash amount that I paid, which is 443. But when I returned the Item it subtracted 2,043 points which make no sense since Credit Card purchase dont award points so why take them away.

As it sounds like you’re aware, how you pay for your purchases could determine whether or not you’ll earn points for any given transaction, as outlined in the My Best Buy Terms. Additionally, if you return an item in a qualifying purchase for which you received points, we will deduct the corresponding number of points from your account, which could cause your account to have a negative balance.
