We purchased a built-in refrigerator from Pacific Sales in January 2020 because one of the incentive offered to us were to sign up for Bestbuy card and we can either select 18 months of interest free or 10% rebate in Bestbuy points. It was over $11K in purchase but Bestbuy keeps delaying giving us the full 10%. In fact, they gave us 600 points worth $600 and is telling us to wait indefinitely for the balance of points. We made a point of buying from Pacific Sales, a Bestbuy company, because it was sold to us as getting 10% back to purchase a different appliance. We have claims open, have talked to Bestbuy service representatives who told us that this would be resolved in February multiple times. We contacted Pacific Sales representative who does not care and now Bestbuy is telling us that they don't know when we would get balance of the points. This is unacceptable as we took delivery of item, paid off thee credit card balance to get the 10% in reward point for worth over $1100. This promotion was widely advertised deal and Bestbuy is not honoring their advertised promotion and is trying to weasel way out of their advertised deal. We do not have anywhere else left to go complain. Please help.
