Missing Points

Never had an issue with Best Buy points until now. I received an email on October offering me 5% back on any category of my choice which I picked Utilities, now October and November have passed and I have not received the extra 5% even tho I payed electric and internet bill both months. How can I get help? Online I can only pick best buy purchases missing points.

I was offered the 5% from October-december 2022 so far nothing for October and November
