Missing Points



I made a purchase in the middle of September and have yet to receive any points for it.  Can someone look into why this is?

Thank you for posting on our forum for support. It's always important to make sure everything's in order and accounted for when it comes to your My Best Buy account, so I appreciate you reaching out about points on your recent purchase.


While it typically takes about 15 - 20 days from the purchase date or shipping date for points to be posted to your account, it sounds like it's been well past that time frame in your case. There are a few kinds of purchases that are not eligible for points, and you can read about those here under the "Help with Points" section.
