Missing Points/purchase

Hello, I am missing points from a 10-13-2020 purchase for $639.85. The item was delivered on 10-16-2020. The points for that purchase would have made me a Best Buy Elite member with my 10-25-2020 purchase of $534.99. Is there anyone who can look into my account and add this purchase to my rewards/ 2020 spending as that would make me an Elite Plus member with my recent purchases? I have tried submitting a “Missing Points” request but just get errors. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to visit our community forums again. As a My Best Buy member, I know I would want to make sure that all of my purchases were correctly associated with my account. I appreciate you reaching out and would be glad to see how I can best assist you with your account. 


Generally, it takes up to 15 days after you receive your product for these points to be added to your account. Because so much time has passed, I'd like to take a closer look to see what's going on. I will need to gather a bit more information to do so.
