Hi - I recently logged in to see all of my points and rewards certificates are not showing up. I also don't see my order history anymore. Can someone help me with this?

I can imagine the questions that may have ran through your head after logging in to find your rewards account was empty. Does the rewards ID number look different than what you remember? There are two potential explanations as to what happened to your rewards account. First, a new rewards was created somehow and now you have two, which can easily be solved with a merge. Second, your rewards account was cancelled and what you're logging into now is a new rewards account.
