Missing Points - Rotating 5% Bonus Categories

I received an email in January that allowed for the selection of a bonus 5% category from January 1 to March 31. I chose the utilities category, which read as follows: "Keep shopping with your My Best Buy® Visa® Card to earn 5% back in rewards on utility purchases made through 3/31/23.". The merchants that qualified were Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast, and many others.

I paid the remainder of my T-Mobile bill during the promotional period but only received the standard 1% rewards rate and not the promised 5% rate. Hopefully someone can figure out what's going on and credit my account accordingly. Thanks in advance for the help.
