I believe there is an error in the points I should have accumulated so far. My account says I have 264 points credited to my account yet I should have 420 points credited to my account. The system says there are no pending points and I think there are points missing from my account.

Welcome back to our forums! As someone who links every Best Buy purchase to my My Best Buy™ account, I completely understand wanting to make sure you’re getting the appropriate number of points for your purchases.
Generally speaking, it can take up to 20 days for your points to post to your My Best Buy™ account, but from the sounds of things, there don’t appear to be any pending transactions that could cause this discrepancy. The first thing we’d recommend in these instances would be following the steps outlined in our How Do I Report Missing My Best Buy™ Points? floated post, as this process will usually resolve the issue.

This was fixed a short time ago, last month, I believe. Best Buy merged two of my accounts into one and the points transferred over, some of which were still pending. However, even thoguh all of my points have been posted to my account, the reward points haven't been posted for some reason. This problem isn 't with my receipts but rather the Best Buy Rewards system has simply "Harry Pottered" my points into the aether.
My receipts for purchases have been posted but Best Buy's system has decided not to adjust my reward points. I just need Best Buy to fix the points that should have been posted. Take a look at my account and you'll see that something fishy, something odd, is going on with the reward points I should have and I have not converted any of those points into any certificates yet either.

I can go through your rewards account to ensure the correct amount of points have been awarded. If a merge was recently purchased, then any active points or certificates in the secondary rewards account should have transferred over to the primary rewards account within about 24 hours.
