Hello Best Buy Support Member,
I'm receiving an error when reporting missing points on an order I picked up. I also scanned a 15% back in rewards offer through my Best Buy Citi Bank card during the purchase but also do not see the points pending. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

As a My Best Buy Credit Card holder myself, I love the benefits and rewards that I've been able to earn; so I understand your concern here. While you may be able to report missing points online through your account following the instructions here: https://forums.bestbuy.com/t5/My-Best-Buy-Knowledge-Base/How-Do-I-Report-Missing-My-Best-Buy-Points/..., for most eligible purchases, your points will post to your account approximately 15 days from your purchase date, delivery date or shipment date. The following would an exception:
