On 11/14/2020, I issued a $50 rewards certificate but the item I wanted to use it for was sold out. Through BestBuy.com chat, an agent cancelled the $50 rewards certificate and returned the points back to my account. Agent said I should see the points back n my account in three days. It has been over a week now and I still have not received back my points. I called customer service several times but no one has been able to help me. As a loyal Best Buy elite member for several years, this has been very frustrating. Please help.

Welcome to our Best Buy forum community and thanks for being an Elite member! Having enough reward points for a $50 reward certificate is meant to be a time of excitement. I can understand how it wouldn't feel that way though if the product you wanted to apply it towards was sold out.
I wish that your experience had gone differently, but I'm glad that you let us know when you weren't seeing those points reflected back in your account after that three-day timeframe passed. I'd be happy to take a deeper look into what's going on!
