Missing Gift Card and/or Points

On November 22, 2018, {removed per forum guidelines}, was placed for a GE Washer/Dryer Combo along with extended warranties for both. The purchase also included a $100 Best Buy. Gift Card.

 

On December 11, 2018 this order was delivered; however, the dryer was damaged and not in workable condition. The dryer was returned, and a replacement was ordered (Store order {removed per forum guidelines}). Had to wait until January 2, 2019 for this delivery.

 

I have reviewed my rewards accounts and have not received the $100 Best Buy Gift Card. In fact, when I attempt to report my missing points it states that I have an invalid order number.

 

Can you inform me as to when I can expect this?

Welcome to the forum and thank you for choosing to upgrade your appliances with us! While I'm discouraged to hear your original delivery didn't go as planned, I'm glad to hear your dryer was able to be successfully exchanged, albeit a bit delayed. 

Typically, one can expect points to post within 15-20 days from when your order is fulfilled. For BestBuy.com purchases, you would want to look for the order numbers to post. For store purchases though, you would actually want to ensure the customer service PIN associated with the store order number is reflected. Keep in mind though that if your store order is attached to the original order due to the exchange, the system may consolidate the points into one line.
