I am missing points from a recent credit card "Spend $250, get $25 in rewards" BBY Credit Card Promo that ran from 12/12/21 to 12/18/21. I have waited the 3+ weeks since conculsion of the promo and still have not revcieved the $25 certificated. I contacted support on phone and chat and was not able to resolve other than "keep waiting".

Please advise on next steps or escalation.
