Hello, I am new to the best buy credit card member. I opened the account when buying a tv back in july. Recently I looked at my rewards history wondering where all my cashback was and saw a reward certificate was issued about 15 days after the tv purchase, but I never received an email or certificate. I looked at my rewards overview and there are also no reward certificates listed. Is there a way to get my cashback rewards back if I had never received the certificate in the first place?

Good afternoon, ariordona07,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to our community forums and letting us know about this My Best Buy certificate. As a member myself, I know I would want to make sure that I was able to use such a large certificate. I'd be glad to provide a few more details on how these certificates work and what options we may have to assist you moving forward.
Generally, most My Best Buy certificates expire 60 days after they are issued. Once this certificate has been created, you should receive an email to let you know. You can also log into your My Best Buy account to see if any active certificates are available. I'd like to take a closer look at your account to make sure the correct email address is listed so you receive these notifications.
I'll need to gather a bit more information in order to do so and will be sending you a private message. You can check your inbox by clicking on the orange envelope in the top right corner of your screen after logging in. I look forward to further assisting you.
