Missing $50 rewards certificate

Hello,

 

There was a promotion to spent $1,500 outside Best Buy using my Best Buy credit card by October 31.

 

I kept a spreadsheet of all my purchases, and definitely surpassed that amount.

 

However, on November's statement, I only received $10 back.

 

Did I calculate incorrectly? Any way to look this up?

Thanks for reaching out about your My Best Buy Credit Card promotion. I can understand that if you were expecting more, that a $10 reward wouldn't have been welcome. I'd be happy to take a look into this with you. 

 

Do you recall what you were to have received for the promotion instead of the $10? If you happen to have an email or some sort of documentation of the offer, this should help with me reviewing it. Also, could you please verify your last name, phone number, and email address with me?

I wasn't able to access the image that you'd sent via private message to look into what the offer was, but I do know with many of these types of offers, it can take several weeks for the points or certificates to be added to your account after the completion of the offer, or the qualified purchase has been made.
