Hello,

I received an email stating I received a $50 reward certificate for making 4 purchases with my Best Buy credit card between 11/15/2021 to 12/31/2021. Everytime I wanted to make a purchase the award never appeared for me to apply to my purchase.

Can anyone assist please.
