Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your new My Best Buy credit card account! It's great to hear you may have participated in an outside spending offer right away. These offers are wonderful ways to earn some extra rewards. I'm sorry to hear you may have had difficulties with having this offer fulfilled. With that said, I was able to dig up some information in this offer.
The e-gift cards are being fulfilled in batches, and based on the terms, should be fulfilled within 30 days of qualifying. Given this information, please allow a couple extra weeks beyond the 30 days from your qualification date for the offer to be fulfilled, in case yours is being fulfilled in a later batch than anticipated. Keep in mind that it will be sent to the email associated with your My Best Buy credit card, not your BestBuy.com account. The e-gift card will appear to have been sent by "Best Buy Credit Card". Of course, you will want to keep an eye on your spam and advertising folders as well, in case it is filtered there.
