Hello, last November 13, 2020 I received an email with a "Flash Offer" about using my My Best Buy Visa card at Best Buy or on the website, in which if I spent $100 or more between November 13 to 16 I would receive a $25 certificate. I made a purchase on November 16th that cost exactly $100, and it was posted on my credit card statement on November 16th as well, however I never received the $25 reward certificate, neither through email nor in my Rewards History list. I realize I waited a while for support on this, but I did wait for the posted 5-6 weeks after the promotion ends period to make sure it wouldn't have been posted later on. Thank you.
