Best Buy Credit Card Offer Spend $100 get $15 Certificate

Hello,

 

I receieved an offer via email on my Best Buy Credit Card that stated if I spent $100 outside of Best Buy I would receive a $15 certificate on my account. The statement period has ended and the certificate has still not posted. If you could please look into this it would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

While you may have created a separate thread about the Visa offer, it looks like you read over Tasha's prior responses seeing as you have sent a private message with your information.  Tasha will be out of the office the next couple of days, so I will be reviewing your account.  You can read private messages by first logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon at the top of the page.

Did not receive points for Best Buy Credit Card Promo

I got an email that said I would get 15$ if i spent $100 outside of bestbuy during the promotional period. I had to click a link in the email and once i did it, it said the the offer was activated for me. I made a $337 outside of best buy with my card during this period and did not receive the gift card under my account. please help.

I figured you may not have seen this thread, so I moved over the new thread you created.  We consider this to be the primary thread for questions about this particular My Best Buy™ Visa promotional offer.  It can make things a lot easier to just house questions about a promotion in one thread and then reply to the group once updates are made available.

 

As Tasha has mentioned in recent responses, we are asking that members who believe they qualified for the $15 bonus certificate to send a private message with their information so that we can review their account.  While I can see that you sent a private message, it does not look like you include any of your information.  I will reply to your private message shortly so that I can gather that information and see what I can do to help.  You can read a private message by clicking on the envelope at the top of the page.

$15 gift certificate for spending $100

Hello,

I was given the reward offer for spending $100 outside of best buy to get a $15 gift certificate and I still haven't received the gift certificate yet. I had the same issue with the $50 for spending $500 offer as well. I want to know what I need to do in order to get my gift certificate added to my account. Please let me know how to proceed.

Missing $15 Reward Certificate after spending $100 with My Best Buy Visa outside of Best Buy

Received an email offer for a $15 Reward Certificate after spending $100 with My Best Buy Visa outside of Best Buy. I activated the offer and spent more than that but I never received my $15 certificate.
Received the offer on April 22nd, 2018 and it was valid thru April 30th, 2018.
Still have not heard anything, are you able to give me an update?

Best buy credit promotion

I had entered the April promotion, which should of rewarded $15 dollars in points. I never received even though I spent amount needed? Who do I contact to look into to issue. I did contact credit card issuer but they were not much help
