I received an email offer on Jan 15th, 2019 to receive a $15 reward certificate for spending $300 outside of Best Buy on dining, gas, and entertainment. I spent more than $300 on such purchases and I still have not received the $15 reward certificate. I have attached the details of the email below:

That would be quite strange, as we are currently receiving emails from other customers, as well as our business partners, without issue. I have re-confirmed our email with you via Private Message
