Missing $15 Reward for Spending $300 outside of Best Buy

Hello,

I received an email offer on Jan 15th, 2019 to receive a $15 reward certificate for spending $300 outside of Best Buy on dining, gas, and entertainment. I spent more than $300 on such purchases and I still have not received the $15 reward certificate. I have attached the details of the email below:

 

Activate this offer and Use your My Best Buy® Visa® Card to spend $300 or more on dining, gas or entertainment and get a $15 reward certificate.

Hurry, offer ends February 28, 2019.

 

Please credit my My Best Buy account for the $5 reward certificate.
