Missing $15 Reward Certificate

Hello,

 

I received an email that I had a $15 Rewards certificate from a TV purchase made in April 2021. The certificate was set to expire on 6/19/2021. I was planning on redeeming my certificate today, but my account isn't showing that certificate. I went backt to the email and pressed the provided link and it directed me back to my account overview page and still does not list the certificate I was told I had.

 

What can I do to re-activate and utilize my reward certificate?

Welcome to our forums!  Our My Best Buy™ program is a great way to earn rewards just for shopping with us, and it’s awesome to hear you earned $15 in rewards for that new TV you picked up!  It’s tough to use that $15 when you’ve been unable to find it, so I’ll be happy to see what we can do to track down these rewards for you.

 

In order for me to begin my research, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with a few pieces of additional information.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your My Best Buy™ Member ID

 

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to get this information sent my way, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
