So I was holding onto some rewards until I needed something to purchase. It was only up until now that I was paying more close attention as they were coming to their expiration so I can redeem them beforehand. I had a $100 and a $25 reward certificate that was set to expire on March 19, 2019, that I was going to use. I checked my account now and they disappeared. I only just made a recent purchase to redeem a $10 reward certificate where I still saw them then.

As someone who likes to keep a close eye on any promotions and possible discounts that can be used on upcoming purchases, I’d surely feel a bit confused if any certificates I had been waiting to use seemingly disappeared from my account before they should have.
Unless otherwise noted, most certificates should be valid for 60 days from the date they’re issued. Promotional certificates, on the other hand, are generally valid for a shorter period of time. I’d like to take a peek at your membership and see if I can get you some answers, but I’ll need some additional information from you first.
