Missing 10% rewards -- only received 5%

I opened a BB credit card last month in order to receive the 10%. The points just came through, and it was only for 5%.

 

Please let me know what information I can provide in order for this to be investigated.

Congratulations on your Best Buy Credit Card! It's great to hear you utilized it on a purchase to receive 10% back in rewards. This is always a super exciting offer for our new cardholders, so I'm sure you were dismayed to find only 5% was received.
