Missing $10 reward certificate

I received an email that I would get a $10 bonus Rewards certificate spending $100 or more in a single purchase on BestBuy.com or outside of Best Buy by 4/30/21. I made a single purchase $100 on 4/30/21, but I still haven't get the $10 bonus Rewards certificate so far.

Please help to get my Rewards certificate.

Thanks for reaching back out on our forum for support. Being rewarded for using your My Best Buy Credit Card is always great, and I can understand wanting to follow up on this $10 reward certificate you were emailed about. I'm happy to do what I can to help.

 

This certificate will typically post to your account within five weeks after qualifying purchases have been made. That said, if you still don't see the certificate added to your account by June 5, please send me a private message including your full name, email, and phone number. I'd be glad to dig into this further then and see what might be going on. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.
