Missing $10 reward certificate (Cardmember Appreciation Month)

Received offer on 4/25, activated 4/26, made purchase 4/28, been waiting 5 weeks... and a week more, yet to see that $10 certificate.

With the goal of trying to save money whenever we can, a bonus certificate could certainly help keep a few dollars in your pocket.  My wife has the My Best Buy Visa card and will often receive emails with similar promotional offers and it always leaves me feeling a little jealous.  If you did receive an email with the offer details, activated the offer via the email, and spent the required $100 using your Visa card inside or outside Best Buy, then a $10 bonus certificate should have posted to your rewards account within 5 weeks.


It's been more than 5 week since the offer ended, so I'd be more than happy to take a closer look at your rewards account.  I'll just need you to please send me a private message with your name, phone number, and email address by clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to say "Private Message."
