Missing 10% Back in Rewards from Cardmember Appreciation Month 10/11/20–10/17/20 Promo

Hello, last month during the Cardmember Appreciation Month offers, I ordered a Sony 65" Class X900H Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV on October 15th for $999.99, $1,062.49 after tax. I intended this order to qualify for the onging promotion that week of receiving 10% back on one purchase on the Best Buy website.

 

I did know that there is a maximum $50 reward for the offer. Seeing as 10% of the TV's cost is more than $50, I only expected to receive the $50 in rewards points. I still haven't received it (2500 points) on my balance after the estimated 3-4 weeks. I did make sure to activate the promotion before buying the TV as well. I do see in my Rewards History page that the TV order did qualify for the regular 6% back from using the My Best Buy credit card and being an Elite Plus member, however again the extra 2500 points ($50) aren't showing up. Thank you.

Welcome back to our Best Buy forum community and congratulations on your Sony 65" Class X900H Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV! We know that getting a new television is a big deal, so we're honored that's what you decided to purchase with us during the Cardmember Appreciation Month promotion! 

 

You should have seen the first 5% in rewards reflected back in the account within 15-days of making the purchase, and the additional 5% by Nov. 8, so I can understand why you'd be concerned. While I wish those points appeared in your account as intended, I'm glad you let us know when that wasn't the case. 

 

For me to start looking into how we can help, I'd need some more details first. Using the "Private Message" option in my signature, can you send over your full name, phone number, email address? If you have the order number (if the purchase was made online) or customer service PIN from the receipt (if purchased in store), that would be helpful as well.
