Hi Team, I have received the promotional email from Best Buy rewards to earn a $50 rewards certificate of $20 or more. You still have 5 transaction(s) of $20 or more to make in order to get the $50 reward certificate. Don't wait! Shop by 04/25/2020. After making qualifying purchased within the specified timeframe, I still have not received my rewards certificate. It's been more than 1 month and I have been only struggling with customer services with multiple case IDs to reach a resolution but no solution has been provided yet. Here is the summary of the case IDs opened 1. May 15th, 2020 - {removed per forum guidelines}-- Escalating to back-office for promotional offer 2. 25th May 2020 - {removed per forum guidelines}- Another case Escalated to back office 3. May 28th, 2020 - {removed per forum guidelines}- Case Id for urgent/prioritizing the request 4. June 3rd, 2020 - 243791200 - Case passed to Supervisor - Mayra - expecting a call from a supervisor in 24-48 hrs As expected no resolution and no call received from the supervisor. So I called the customer service today but all the agents are not entertaining my requests and disconnecting my calls or either giving me the same reason to wait. Its so frustrating to follow up on something which has been offered as a promotional offer. NO STATUS UPDATES, NO SOLUTION ONLY LIES

Thanks for your comment and for sharing the Dos and Dont's about the forum. I totally understand that moderators are working and have been occupied with other requests.
However, I already tried other support channels and submitted multiple case IDs in order for someone to address the issue. Also maintaining patience all this while from past 1.5 months hoping that someone will help and issue my pending $50 rewards certificate but in vain
I hope you will too understand that it's very natural for anyone to lose patience when not getting an appropriate response from the support reps.
At this point again what I am hearing is; the only option I have is to wait and hope that it might get resolve one day.

Spending $20 or more five times to receive a $50 certificate is a great offer to participate in, and it sounds like you've not only had trouble with receiving the offer, but receiving support surrounding it.
These offers typically take 2-4 weeks to post, and it sounds like you've given it ample time. In some cases, these offers require activation that is missed, a purchase that the customer intended to qualify didn't post within the offer period, or there may have been an issue with fulfillment.
