Hi,
Last week I merged accounts per Best Buy's website recommendation when logging into my account.
Now when I look at my reward's page, no points nor purchase progress I've made towards achieving Elite Plus for next year have carried over.
I chatted with support online and they said my information should be updated.
However, it has not.
Can I get a follow up on this please?

Are you use a merge has been processed? The reason I ask is because members can't merge their own rewards accounts. You'd need to reach out to us if through the online forum, Twitter, Facebook, or by calling (888) BEST-BUY to have a merge processed. You may have just linked your secondary rewards account to your BestBuy.com account, which is why it appears everything is missing. Also, something to keep in mind, while points, certificates, tier status, and spend total should transfer following a merge, actual purchase history/details may not transfer. Please send us a private message here with the details listed below, and we'll see what we can do to further assist.
