I am hoping to get some help. I have tried contacting best buy via phone multiple times (at least 3 times) to get some assistance, and I can't get any help or response. As an Elite Plus member this has been very frustrating and time consuming. All I am asking for help with is merging my accounts and points into one account. Please respond. If needed I can provide names and case numbers.

To be honest, I'd suggest never using the Use a Different Member ID feature on BestBuy.com, as it doesn't actually solve the problem of having multiple active rewards accounts. A merge would be a much better option.
