While this thread should help answer your question, it looks like we discussed processing a merge a couple years ago. You spoke with Tasha-BBY. Please keep in mind that the name tied to each rewards account would need to match for a merge to be processed. It is intended for a rewards account to be used by a single member with that member not sharing their benefits, points, or certificates with anyone else. That includes family members. A private message with the information listed below can be sent here.

Hello, I have two Best Buy accounts and I do not know how that happened. I would like to keep the account with the member ID {removed per forum guidelines} I have more and most of my purchases on this account and it has my Geek Squad and other protections under it. I was told an admin/Best Buy support has to do this. If anyone can help ASAP please and thank you!

Hello,
I have made a couple of purchase in the store in the last few months. I have made a purchase yesterday and i do not see any in the order history.
Note: I have differnt mobile numbers and i changed it in the account but still not working.
Please help.

Due to a bit of backlog from the holidays, a case created by one of our phone agents for a merge request may take a little longer than normal to be reviewed. No worries though! As you can probably tell, we handle quite a few merge requests through our online forum too, and it looks like you found this thread after the fact as you appear to have already sent us a private message with your information. Hello,
I've seen on the forum people requesting account merges. The points I earn from Best Buy purchases go to my correct account when using my Best Buy credit card, points for being used outside of Best Buy go to an old account I have. Can someone please merge these for me so I just have all the points going to one account?
