can you please private message me to my email.
i received a 5.00 rewards certificate. i hvae my account set up for points banking. i looked closer at the certificate, it is to my name, but a different ID. I've never seen that ID number before.
i can send that ID to you to see if it indeed came from bestbuy (If so, i'd like to see what account it is under and merge the account so there is not two accounts)

Welcome back to the forum! Receiving a certificate from an unfamiliar membership would be strange. I can understand having questions about your account following the recent merge. Honestly, I am not sure why a merge is displayed the way it is in a member's reward history or how the point value that is displayed is calculated. Basically, all merges have been displayed that way ever since we transitioned to a brand new My Best Buy™ system last year. As far as I can tell though, your merge was processed correctly with any active points or certificates in the secondary account transferring over to the primary account

Seems i have 2 account listed on my phone number {removed per forum guidelines} one is Elite Plus and other one is just Best Buy account. Can you please help me in merging these 2 accounts. I dont want to have multiple account and get confuse here are the details. Want to Keep my ELITE PLUS ACCOUNT intact and move my recent purchase to Elite Plus account. Having multiple memberships can certainly cause some confusion and frsutration as your purchases may not be consistently attached to the same membership. Using the details you registered with the forum, I see that you contacted our phone support who was able to process this request for you. I have a receipt for my LG monitor and Razer mouse I bought for $658.77 but the points are on the wrong account. It says member ID {removed per forum guidelines}. My member ID I always use is {removed per forum guidelines}.
