Welcome! Having so many My Best Buy memberships could certainly cause some confusion. I have a hard enough time keeping track of rewards between stores, much less if I had multiple memberships for one! 

Merging these should definitely help ease your experience though, as it will transfer points and certificates to one. For more details, please check out the post below. HOw can I get my accounts combined.  I have to tried to send private messages but unable to talk to anyone

Two separate accounts, need help!

I have two separate accounts that have been a pain. I purchase on one account, and somehow I get issues reward certificates through the other? And purchases I made with one reward account are showing up on the other?

Can I get this fixed? I feel like now I’m likely missing a lot of points or am getting screwed out of higher membership rewards?

With a now 19-page thread, I think you have come to the right place.  It is not uncommon for a member to at some point to end up with two or sometimes even three active rewards accounts at one time.  A couple years ago, I had three active rewards accounts of my own.  The easiest thing to do is process a merge.  Any points or certificates in the secondary rewards account(s) would transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  The only thing that will not transfer over is purchase history.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below, by clicking on the blue button in my signature, and I will take a closer look.
