Two member IDs

I am attempting to check the status of an ordered item. The item was ordered in store for in store pickup and charged to my Best Buy credit card. I cannot see any items purchased after 2016 when I log into my Best Buy account (ID ending in 56). I just noticed that the member ID for my online account (ending in 56) is different than the member ID (ending in 87) printed on my in store order. I have no idea how to get to the new order and that member ID (ending in 87) seems to be the one linked to my Best Buy credit card. Help, please.

My apologies. I misstated some of the information. The member ID for the online account and Best Buy credit card also ends in 87. The member ID on the receipt and in store print out for the item purchased ends in 56. This really is very confusing.

Welcome to the Best Buy forum!

 

As you may be able to tell from this thread, merging rewards accounts is kind of our thing. Smiley Happy I should have no problem merging your two rewards accounts if they share the same information.  Any active points or certificates in the secondary rewards account should transfer over to the primary rewards account following the merge.  Just keep in mind that any purchase history tied to the secondary rewards account is unlikely to transfer.  Please send me a private message with the information listed below and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by clicking on the blue button in my signature.

Greetings alajara, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,

 

Rather than cancelling the secondary rewards account, we should look into merging it with your primary rewards account.  As you can tell from this thread, we tend to process quite a few merge requests.  We should have no problem merging your two rewards accounts if the share the same information.  I can see that you sent us a private message, which I will reply to shortly.  You can read private messages by first logging into the forum and clicking on the little yellow envelope icon located at the very top of the page.

I noticed a new member id on my account.

Hello,

I logged into my account and I noticed that there was a different member id when comparing it with recent receipts. I was wondering if there is an easy fix to this?

Thank you for taking the time to connect with us on the forum.

 

You must have noticed that I merged the thread you created with this ongoing thread seeing as you have already sent a private message with your information. Smiley Happy  We should have no problem processing a merge if all of the rewards account share the same information.  The primary rewards account will be linked to your BestBuy.com account when everything is said and done.  I will reply to your private message shortly, which you can read by clicking on the little envelope icon at the top of the page.

Two Best Buy Reward Accounts

Somehow, I have two best buy reward accounts and I dont know if it's possible to link then for my points and rewards and such. Anyone had this done?

So I have three MyBestBuy accounts and I need to know what the email address is one of them?

Hi, my name is Devon. I prevously made three my best buy accounts under the same phone number and everytime I go to the store all three come up under my name. I want to merge the accounts yet I have forgotten one of the emails for one of the accounts. If anyone could assist me with gaining the knowlege of the email in which is under the phone number it would be of great help in merging these accounts. Thank you and have a good one.
