As you can probably tell by this now 8 page thread, we receive quite a few merge requests.  I would ask that you both take a moment to read over our recent responses in this thread, and please send me a private message with the information listed below.  I should have no problem merging your accounts as long as they share the same information.  To send a private message, you will first want to login to the forum and then click on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."

Merging memberships can certainly simplify one's experience with the program, so I'm glad you're looking to merge your memberships. Greetings geoffsteff, and welcome to the Best Buy forum,

You should be able to find answers to your merge question in this ongoing 8 page thread.  I don't see a reason why your accounts cannot be merged, as long as they share the same information.  Any points or certificates int he secondary account would transfer over to the primary account within about 24 hours after the merge has been processed.  Before I can do anything though, I will need to gather some additional information from you.  Please send me a private message with the below information by clicking on the blue button in my signature and I will see what I can do to help.

My points were added to my old e-mail account and when i tried to go in and put it on the new one it said they were applied to another one.  How do i change this?  Thank you for your time, Kathy

Having multiple memberships can certainly cause some confusion and trouble with getting your points all in one place to earn rewards in a timely manner. To resolve this, I would suggest having us merge your memberships into one, so that you don't have multiple going forward. To request your memberships be merged, I would encourage you to review and follow the details in the post below.
