I have an issues where if I buy items in store it goes to a best Mybestbuy account that my dad uses but if I buy online I have a different best buy account. The store clerk tried to change the info in store to be my current info but was able to change my phone and email adress. Is there a way to change the info online for both accounts. I would like to correct the info for my Dad's address to the his info again so I can continue to get my points for my purchases. Is there a way i can change this online or do I need to call in?

As you can probably tell, we process quite a few merge requests. The name tied to each rewards account would need to match though for a merge to be processed, as it is intended for a rewards account to be used by a single member. I was trying to figure out my account information today and ended up setting up a second account by mistake. I have my Rewards Zone number and my Credit Card account number, but I can't see how to get this fixed digitally. Help!

I need to merge multiple accounts that are under different phone numbers. I have read that they must have the same name on the accounts. One phone number comes up both my first and middle initials and last name, the other comes up with my first name and last name.I am hopping I can get assistance with this issue so I can move forward with some other issues I am having. Thank you in advance.

As long as you can prove ownership of both accounts, I feel like this shouldn't be an issue. It's usually just when friends or family members want to combine accounts that it becomes a problem. The forum team seems to be quite busy, so it may be a while before they can process this for you, but you can go ahead and gather the required information while you wait for faster service.
