So I seem to have two accounts. One I can log into, using my email address {removed per forum guidelines} as a username. But that one doesn't seem to have any of my purchases on it (and I have made many). I routinely receive emails from the account that I think actually is tracking my purchases (i.e., I get asked to review purchases that I just made) at the {removed per forum guidelines} email address. However, the messages are addressed to me as {removed per forum guidelines}. (not quite my name, but clearly meant to be me).
How do I actually get into the correct account? Is it possible to merge them?

I have about 170 points in this best buy account with this phone number. I went to the store today and used the phone number associated with this account, but the points from todays purchase went to another bestbuy account I have with a different email address but same phone number. I would like the points pending from the other email address from in store purchase merged with the points in this account please. and the other account deleted so this doesn't happen again. Is there anyway to make this possible? Thank you.
