Thanks for posting on our forum for support. I would be more than happy to help you look into get these My Best Buy accounts merged if the requirements to do so are met. I'll need a few things first to get started.

 

Please send me a private message including your full name, email, phone number, mailing address, and if you are the holder of the two accounts in question. The name tied to each rewards account will need to match for a merge to be processed. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.

My Best Buy Reward Accounts

I am hoping to get some help.  I have tried contacting best buy via phone multiple times (at least 3 times) to get some assistance, and I can't get any help or response.  As an Elite Plus member this has been very frustrating and time consuming.  All I am asking for help with is merging my accounts and points into one account.  Please respond.  If needed I can provide names and case numbers.

Can't Change Member ID

I am trying to change my Member ID on my new account to the one I had on my old account but I keep getting an error that says "bad json parse - Unexpected end of JSON input". Can anyone help me figure this out?

To be honest, I'd suggest never using the Use a Different Member ID feature on BestBuy.com, as it doesn't actually solve the problem of having multiple active rewards accounts. Two Accounts

How do I merge two accounts? Some kind of way I made a mistake and ended up with 2 rewards accounts and I only need one.
