I created a Best Buy account years ago, but I no longer have the email associated with it, and I don't remember the password. I now have a new account, but the points from my recent purchases are with my old account. How do I transfer the points from my old account to my new one?

I need to merge my rewards accounts so my current account with all my points show up on my account. My old account number is {removed per forum guidelines}. My new account number is {removed per forum guidelines}. My info is:

I received a $10 Reward Certificate from a recent purchase in Virginia Beach, VA.  It appears that the Member ID # they gave me is incorrect.  I would like to make a purchase using that certificate, but am not sure how I can get it processed online.

Welcome to the forum! As the member ID on a purchase and redeemed certificate must match, having different member IDs would put you in a bit of a pickle. With that said, it sounds like you simply have multiple memberships. We should be able to merge these, provided they're located under the same information. I have two accounts under the same email however one account uses my first name while the other uses my middle name is there any way to merge the accounts, due to the accounts using the same email I cannot log into the main account to view reward certificates.
