Merged an Incorrect Member ID

Earlier today I went to Best Buy to purchase a gaming keyboard. When I went to go check out, I was asked for my phone number and I gave the cashier MY phone number. I believe that the cashier had entered the wrong phone number and completed the transaction under another customer, although I did not realize this at the time.

I went home and created a best buy account, since I did not have one prior, and added the member ID that was on my receipt. When I looked at my account settings there was a bunch of information that was NOT mine, and was another persons.

So I went to double check my receipt and it turns out that member ID belongs to someone else because their name was addressed on the receipt at the bottom.

It seems that I have unintentionally used another person's member ID onto my account because a cashier had incorrectly entered my number into the system during a transaction.

How can I fix this and delete all of my information? I do not want any of my information merged on this account with this stranger due to privacy concerns and I'm sure he would not want his information merged with mine either.
