In reading the FAQ for Merge Accounts it states:
Q: Will my purchase history transfer following the merge?
A: No. Only active points, certificates, tier status, and spend total will transfer.
Why?! Why does Best Buy discard my purchase history?
One of the Primary Reasons to have a Rewards account is to access purchase history for rebates, warranty, etc.
Please explain why Best Buy chooses to discard Customer's purchase history when merging?
