Member ID account is missing

Please correct your error and return my hard earned BBY rewards. On Tuesday, I converted points to certificates to use towards my purchase. I made the purchase online and it was canceled. Thurs, I go into my account using my regular email and password and I have a new Member ID, all of my information is there but my points and transactions are gone. $2200 and 13k points pending gone! All of my holiday shopping fund! Please return my points immediately!

I contacted the Best Buy support and they were no help and said they had to bump it up. The online chat said the account was cancelled. No notification or communication.
