I recently purchased a TV from the Magnolia center within Best Buy. I signed up for a My Best Buy credit card the same day in order to get 10% back in rewards points. However, when I received my statement, the purchase was stated as “purchase outside of Best Buy”. Is there a way to get the 9% in points back? My BB rewards number is on the Magnolia invoice. I know these points can take longer to post, but it seems odd I was already given 1%. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for reaching out on the Best Buy Forums. Those My Best Buy card rewards are awesome, and I can understand your concern in not seeing all of your rewards post. Magnolia purchase rewards can take up to 30 days to post, but I'd be happy to look into this and make sure everything is processing as it should.
