Magnolia purchase - Not showing up under BBY account or points.

Hey guys, can anyone from the moderators please PM me? i made a magnolia purcahse for a significant amount and i want to ensure it will show up under my BBY account and be counted towards my point to keep my elite plus status. 

i do have the invoice, but when logging into my BBY account i do not see the purcahse or added points. 

Just looking for confirmation, i do realize i might need to wait 35 days however looking for a moderator to ensure everything is in order for me.

The handful of times where I had wondered into the Magnolia section at my local Best Buy store left me stunned, as they always seem to have the coolest stuff.  Just wish I could afford some of it.  My mom gets really nervous anytime my dad goes into the Magnolia section because there is a good chance his wallet will get opened.  I cannot really blame you for wanting to make sure your Magnolia purchase is attached to your My Best Buy™ account, especially if you are looking to requalify for Elite Plus status.  One purchase from Magnolia could be well over the required $3,500.

 

As you mentioned, it can generally take around 35 days for points from an eligible Magnolia purchase to officially post to a member's account.  That would start after any scheduled delivery or installation services were completed.  If your My Best Buy™ ID  was attached to the purchase when it was being processed and the purchase does qualify, then points should post on their own.  They may not be displayed as pending though like points are for Best Buy store and BestBuy.com purchases.  It is just a matter of waiting for everything to play out and seeing if we need to step in.

 

In the meantime, I would be more than happy to double check your Magnolia invoice to ensure that your My Best Buy™ account was attached to it.  Just send me a private message with the information listed below by clicking on the blue button in my signature and I will see what I can find.
